Blending the warmth of a cozy home with the refined simplicity of modern condo living, our design team created a sense of harmony through subdued blues, modern prairie patterns, and layered textures and lighting. The result is a home that feels both tranquil and distinctly contemporary.

In the primary bath, what was once a confined and segmented space became an open, calming retreat. Removing the oversized tub deck and spa tub allowed the room to breathe, revealing new opportunities for flow and balance. When existing copper supply lines couldn’t be moved, we embraced the challenge by designing a sculptural step platform that connects the freestanding tub to the shower’s accent wall. The effect is both practical and artistic, creating a quiet focal point that anchors the space. Floating vanities, integrated storage, and gentle, well-placed lighting keep the room feeling bright, airy, and restorative.
