Shortly after completing a bathroom remodel, the homeowners experienced a major leak from their washing machine that caused significant damage to both the main floor and basement. What began as a simple repair quickly evolved into a full basement renovation once we discussed how they truly wanted to use the space.

The project transformed into a complete redesign featuring an expanded bar and entertainment area, a dedicated media lounge, space for their pool table, and a new wellness zone with a gym and sauna.

A custom wine wall became the focal point of the space, reflecting the homeowners’ love of wine and entertaining. This was paired with a large 14-foot island, ample storage, and high-end features designed for hosting.

One of the biggest challenges was integrating the sauna and workout area without closing off the space. We solved this by incorporating glass walls and acoustic paneling, keeping the basement open and inviting.

The result is a fully transformed lower level that the homeowners now use daily—for relaxing, entertaining, and everything in between.
