The family had newly built the home and wanted to add more space for their two boys.  The overall feel of this finish was to create a family friendly space that everyone could enjoy.  We utilized a floating laminate wood look floor that would allow for multiple functions in the space.  We incorporated barn doors into the workout room and also a wood wall in the media area. One unique feature on the wood wall is the bypass barn doors to hide the service panel as well as media.

These custom doors are a great way to not lose a useful wall for seating. We wrapped the flanking media wall columns in a panel ledge stone creating texture to play off all the wood. The walk up bar with beverage fridge is great for entertaining not to mention the wine area tucked in under the stairs with a dual temp wine fridge.  The space was finished off with a guest room complete with walk in closet and full bath.
