This garage build truly checks all the boxes. Defined by clean lines, contrasting tones, and intentional design, it blends industrial and modern elements within a transitional home—bringing together utility and luxury in a space that leaves a lasting impression. The minimalist flat-panel doors with integrated vertical stainless steel pulls deliver a sleek, cohesive look. Reinforced slat walls add both visual texture and strength for heavy-duty hanging storage.

Our design team collaborated closely with the homeowners to ensure everything had its place. Yard games, coolers, tools—you name it, we measured it. We also planned for future additions and integrated cabinet lighting for the coordinating TFL top—ideal for hobbies or utility tasks. This garage isn’t just handsome—it’s highly functional and tailored for an active outdoor lifestyle.

For longevity, we used thermally fused laminate (TFL), a top choice in modern garage conversions for its durability and low maintenance. On site, our tradesmen furred out walls to add extra studs, ensuring the oversized cabinets were securely anchored. With 14’ ceilings, our crew brought in a lift to install the units with precision, finishing the space with a custom boxed-out head treatment that pulls everything together.
