This stunner is a full 2-story remodel. This project was so special, as we were able to convert a full two floors and renovate it to make it exactly what the couple was looking for.

The trim and doors stayed original, but almost everything else in this space changed. We installed all new white oak floors, as well as stairs and handrails.  There are all new light fixtures throughout,  complete renovation of the bathrooms, and a brand new laundry o the main floor off the guest bathroom.

We converted the entire second floor to a primary suite with library, primary bed and bath, new custom closet over the garage, and a sitting room off the primary.

The kitchen was completely renovated, including opening walls into the living and dining.  Custom beam work in the kitchen along with converting the laundry off the kitchen into a butler’s pantry.
