After living in their home for 15 years, the homeowners had a clear understanding of what they wanted to improve a highly functional kitchen where they could cook together comfortably and a design that maximized the sweeping golf course views beyond their back windows. We established a bright, light mid-century modern aesthetic layered with subtle transitional touches and focused heavily on drawing natural light deep into the home. A dramatic double slider, multiple new windows, and an 8-foot front entry door with glass panels flood the space with light from every angle.

 

The kitchen became the heart of the main floor, anchored by a painted island topped with striking “Florida Wave” quartzite, complemented by a custom TFL hood, professional-grade range, beverage bar with reeded glass cabinetry, and a hidden pocket office that seamlessly blends beauty and function. A thoughtfully designed pantry wall integrates storage and appliances for a streamlined look, while even the family dog was considered with a built-in quartz-wrapped feeding station.

 

The open-concept living room features a fully wrapped TFL fireplace wall with built-ins and a 60-inch linear gas fireplace, creating a sophisticated entertaining space filled with natural light. Hardwood floors were refinished to a lighter white oak tone and extended into the primary suite, where custom barn doors lead into a spa-like bathroom with heated tile floors, a floating TFL vanity, and a zero-entry walk-in shower.

 

A cohesive custom closet and convenient laundry access complete the private retreat. From the illuminated custom entry feature to the personality-filled powder room, every detail reflects simple elegance, mid-century modern flair, and the homeowners’ unique style a seamless design-build experience from concept to completion.
