Kitchen

Our clients had already built a beautiful life and home, but they wanted their space to feel more like their own. The dark, heavily staggered cabinetry and oversized tiled hood felt dated and out of proportion. Our goal was to bring balance to the room, open it visually, and create a sense of calm and cohesion while maintaining the existing footprint.

Sherwin Williams’ Tony Taupe grounds the palette with timeless sophistication. Frameless inset cabinetry, pioneered exclusively by Bryan Casey Construction, features a classic shaker profile with stacked uppers and reeded glass panels. The cabinets extend to the ceiling for a clean look devoid of any dust bunny concerns.

On the range wall, we introduced a serene pass-through design by continuing tile to the windows and finishing a custom micro plastered hood. The new form flows effortlessly into the outdoor view, creating a calm visual connection and a focal point that quietly commands attention. To refine balance and improve function, the second oven was relocated from the perimeter to the island—preserving the family’s cooking needs while visually decluttering the wall. The result is a kitchen that feels both beautifully composed and highly functional, ready to serve a vibrant family life.

Across the room, redesigned hearth cabinetry integrates updated technology and provides storage and display space for family mementos. A custom white oak bar conceals a charging station, its beaded profile echoing the island’s detailing for a cohesive flow throughout the space.

Functionality guided every decision. The corner by the refrigerator, once cramped and impractical, now features floating white oak shelves with integrated task lighting for improved usability and charm. Stand-out features for everyday ease include a custom pocket-door cabinet with integrated lighting, and covert cabinet that doubles as a family planning center and step-stool station. Our shop’s precision craftsmanship is showcased in its door that is perfectly curved in alignment with the kitchen’s entry.

Lighting and finishes add the final layer of refinement. Glass drop pendants, Zellige tile, and a mitered island top with subtle veining tie the design together. The coordinating perimeter countertop features a raised ledge along the back wall to keep surfaces tidy and easy to clean. The completed space radiates warmth, balance, and livability—a reflection of the care, collaboration, and craftsmanship that brought it to life.
