The goal of this basement was to have a space to watch the game on Saturday or Sunday as well as have space for the kids to play as they grow. We Started with the bar space as we knew this was big on the homeowners list of must haves. The top must have for them was a kegarartor. So we designed a fantastic space with this appliance in mind. Included a bar sink and a beverage fridge. With a waterfall end island perfect for 4 to watch the game on the new tv backdropped by the stack stone. Next, we wanted to incorporate a focal point wall for the large family tv. So we framed in two pillars and capped those with the same stack stone and added sconce lighting to them. We painted the wall behind the tv in a dark charcoal to make the space feel cohesive with the tv. Lastly we put in a new half bath that is tucked in down at the opposite end of the basment with a freestanding vanity and amazing dark blue walls.
