Clean
Classic

This project was a primary bath remodel in Cedar Creek, Olathe, Kansas. The home was built about 20 years ago and the clients were looking for an updated look. The inspiration for this bath was Sherwin Williams’ color of the year “Naval.”

We selected a shiny wood look plank tile floor laid in a herringbone pattern to create a more elegant take on the rustic wood look plank. After raising the existing vanity to a taller height, we painted it in the Naval color to provide a huge impact to the room.

We then replaced the jetted tub with a freestanding tub in the corner of the bathroom. The shower was completely retiled from floor to ceiling in 12 x 24 marble look ceramic and accented with a marble small format octagon floor tile. We included a custom vertical niche backed in a coordinating marble picket.

This show-stopper master bath did not disappoint when it came to lighting. We decided to pop the entire space with matte black and gold fixtures, utilizing a creative way to mix metals in one space.
